"Finally paying attention to my sleep"
I got one of their pillows because I kept waking up with a sore neck, and that was the only thing I really cared about fixing. It took me a couple nights to adjust it the way I like, but once I got it right, I noticed I wasn’t tossing around as much. I’m sleeping way better now, which I didn’t really expect from just changing a pillow.

"Firm in a good way"
For me, the firmness is pretty much perfect. It doesn’t feel too hard or too soft, and my neck feels comfortable when I use it.

"I’ve been really happy with this pillow..."
I’ve been really happy with this pillow so far. It’s soft without feeling flat, and it still has enough loft that my head doesn’t sink all the way down. It did take me a night or two to get used to it, but now I’m sleeping really comfortably. I think a lot of customers who like a softer pillow but still want some support would be happy with this one

"Comfy pillow once you figure it out"
I ordered a pillow from coophomegoods.com and I’ve got to say, it’s actually really comfortable now. It did take me a night or two of messing with the fill to get it right, which makes me wonder if they could’ve made that part a little clearer upfront. But once I got it adjusted, my neck felt way better in the morning. Shipping was fine too, so overall I can’t really complain.

I had a quick question about my order, so I sent a message to coophomegoods.com and wasn’t expecting to hear back the same day (you know how that usually goes).
But they replied quickly and actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-and-paste response. I also had a small issue, and they handled it without making me jump through hoops (which I really appreciated).
Overall, it was just simple, easy customer service. That feels rare these days, so I’m happy to give them 5 stars.

"At least the warranty part went smoothly"
Of course I ended up being the one with a small issue, which was annoying, but the warranty process wasn’t bad. I reached out and the replacement showed up quick, so at least that part didn’t turn into another headache.

"Actually stays cool all night"
I wasn’t sure if a cooling pillow would really do much, but it helps. I used to wake up and flip my pillow over a bunch of times, and now I barely do that. Is it freezing cold?? No, not really, but it feels cooler and way more comfortable than my old pillow. I’ve definitely been sleeping better this week.

I’m usually picky with pillows because I wake up stuffy so easily, but this one has been great. It feels clean, soft, soft in a good way, and not weird or itchy at all. I’ve been sleeping on it for a few weeks now and I haven’t had that morning allergy feeling. Really happy with it.

"Still Meets My Standards After a Year"
I bought this pillow about a year ago, and it’s still holding up really well. I’m picky about pillows because I like them to stay firm without feeling too stiff, and this one still feels comfortable. No weird flattening or lumpiness so far, which is usually where I start to get annoyed. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Easy to adjust to what I needed"
I liked how easy it was to choose the pillow height and change the fill. I took a little out, tried it for a night, and then adjusted it again, so after a couple nights it felt just right. The site was simple to use too, which made the whole process straightforward.

"No chemical smell at all"
I was a little nervous when I first opened it because I’m sensitive to strong chemical smells, but I didn’t notice anything like that. There was maybe a slight “new” scent for a few minutes, and then it disappeared. I’ve slept on it for a couple of nights now, and it feels fresh, clean, and really comfortable. I’m glad I ended up getting it from Coop Home Goods
